The current standard estimate is 7–10 days. Custom and personalized pieces may require additional production time; please review the timing shown on the product page.
Shipping is free across the APRIPEX collection.
When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Use it on our Order Tracking page for the latest carrier scans.
Tracking can pause while a package moves between carrier facilities. Check again after 24–48 hours, then visit our Help Center if no new scan appears.
Contact support as soon as possible. Once a package is handed to the carrier, an address change may no longer be available.
