Delivery Options

To ensure the safe transportation of your goods, we provide a variety of delivery options:

Couriers: DHL, FedEx, EMS Express
Estimated Delivery Time: 5-14 days

Important Note: If you refuse to accept a shipment from Apripex, or fail to take necessary steps to retrieve the shipment after we have attempted delivery to your specified address, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred by the package, and the cost of returning the package to Apripex. These charges will be deducted from your refund.


Shipping Time Notes


Estimated Delivery Times: Courier times are for reference only and do not include production time.
Shipping Time Calculation: Shipping times are calculated from the receipt of your order. Apripex is not responsible for delays beyond its control, such as customs clearance or payment approval.
PO Box Addresses: We are unable to ship to any type of PO Box address, as our couriers require a signature to confirm delivery.

International Delivery
  • If your order is destined for a location outside of China, it may be subject to import taxes and duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer and may be incurred upon delivery.
  • International orders may be subject to import taxes or charges determined by the destination country's government based on local regulations. These charges may be collected by the shipping courier prior to or upon delivery. For more information on customs fees, duties, and taxes specific to your location, please consult your local postal agency.
  • The buyer is responsible for paying any applicable fees required to receive the merchandise. Rejected or abandoned shipments are not eligible for refunds. We recommend complying with any local requirements promptly to avoid having the shipment discarded or destroyed (customs typically allow 7 to 14 days for processing).

Order Tracking

Confirmation Email: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Tracking Number: You will receive an email with the tracking number later.

Status Inquiry:

  1. Registered users can log in to "Order History" to check the status.
  2. You can enter the tracking number on the courier's website to check.
  3. Even if you do not have an account, you will receive regular updates on the delivery status of your order.

Contact Time: You have 30 days after the order is shipped to contact us if you have not received the package. Refunds cannot be guaranteed after the deadline.


Return Process


Login to your account, click on your name and select "Create Return" and follow the prompts.Visitors can click on the link to process returns when placing an order.

  • Return Requirements:
    Must arrive at our location within 14 days of receiving the package, using the label provided.
    Late returns will only be accepted at the discretion of Apripex.
  • Order Cancellation:
    Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, and cannot be cancelled if they have already been shipped.
    Cancellations after 24 hours will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

At Apripex.com, we only offer returns on fabric products. You may choose to receive a full refund or exchange for a different size product (if available).

Return Conditions

  • To qualify for a full refund, please return your order to our distribution center in its original condition within 14 days of receiving it.

  • Items must be in perfect, unused, and undamaged condition, including all tags and markings.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the consumer.

Damaged or Faulty Products

      If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact our team at schwartzceamparo@gmail.com before returning the item.
