ORDERS & SHIPPING

1、Order Currency

All orders will be processed in US Dollars

 

2、Delivery

Currently, our items are supported for delivery to the following countries: Australia, USA, Canada, Mexico, UK, Germany, France, Italy, New Zealand, Singapore, Indonesia, etc. Orders are expected to reach customers within 5-14 business days after confirmation.

 

Please note that shipping times are calculated from the time of receipt and are for reference only. Apripet cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond its control, such as delays in customs clearance, payment approval and other similar matters.

 

Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses of any kind as the couriers we use require a signature to confirm delivery.

 

If you reject Apripet's shipment, or fail to take the necessary steps to retrieve your shipment after we have attempted to deliver it to your designated shipping address, you will be responsible for paying the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Apripet. This cost will be deducted from your refund for the item.

 

3、Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via our preferred couriers; DHL, Fedex and EMS Express.

 

4、Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement. Following that, you will receive another email with the tracking number associated with your parcel. If you are registered with us, you can check the status by signing in and selecting your order under “Order History”. Alternatively, you can insert the tracking number supplied into DHL’s website. You will also receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order, even if you do not have an account with us.  Please note that you have 30 days upon the dispatch of your order to contact us should you not receive it. If you contact us after this 30 day period, we cannot guarantee your refund.

 

5、Returned Goods

You can buy with confidence and if the item doesn't fit you, you can send it back to us. If you want to initiate a return, go to your account where it says your name in the upper right corner. Click on "Create a Return" next to the order you want to return and follow the prompts. If you placed the order as a guest, click here to process the return.

 

Returns must arrive at our location within 14 days of receiving the package using the label we provide. Items received after this period will only be accepted at Apripet's discretion. Please note that orders can only be cancelled within the first 24 hours of purchase if the item has not yet been shipped. Any cancellations after the 24 hour period will incur a $25 cancellation fee and any orders that include shipped items cannot be cancelled.

 

6、Refund Policy

We only offer returns on fabric products ordered from Apripets.com. You may receive a full refund or exchange for a different size product (if available).

 

To receive a full refund, please return your online order to our distribution center in its original condition within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be in perfect, unused and undamaged condition, including all tags and markings.

 

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

If you receive a damaged or faulty product

 

Please follow the steps below or make a refund/exchange.

 

Fill in the product information for each returned item.

Then contact us for the return address.

 

All returned/exchanged items must be in perfect, unused, undamaged condition, including all tags and markings.

 

We will process your request as soon as we receive your package. We will issue a refund to you within 14 business days of processing your return. We will send you a replacement within 14 business days of processing your return.

 

7、Refunds

Once we receive the item, we will refund you to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to process due to varying processing times between payment providers.

 

8、Exchange

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you like to exchange an item you will need to return the original item, receive a refund and then place a new order.
